Trains to Cardiff
There are two railway stations in Bath:
Cardiff Central (CDF): This major station is a hub for the suburban Valley Lines Network and also runs trains to Bristol, London, Nottingham and Edinburgh. It connects South and West Wales to major English and Scottish towns and cities. Most services are operated by Arriva Trains Wales and the station is also served by CrossCountry and First Great Western.
Cardiff Queen Street (CDQ): This is the main hub for the Valley Lines Network which serves Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Bridgend and the South Wales Valleys.
Cardiff has many other railway stations running mainly local services: Birchgrove (BCG), Cardiff Bay (CDB), Cathays (CYS), Coryton (COY), Danescourt (DCT), Fairwater (FRW), Grangetown (GTN), Heath High Level (HHL), Heath Low Level (HLL), Lisvane & Thornhill (LVT), Llandaf (LLN), Llanishen (LLS), Ninian Park (NNP), Radyr (RDR), Rhiwbina (RHI), Ty Glass (TGS), Waun-Gron Park (WNG) and Whitchurch (WHT).
