Trains to Manchester
There are three main railways stations in Manchester and several smaller ones.
Manchester Piccadilly (MAN): Manchester's principal railway services intercity routes to London Euston, Birmingham New Street, Cardiff Central, Edinburgh, Glasgow Central, and others.
Manchester Victoria (MCV): This major station serves destinations north and east of Manchester, with some trains to Liverpool.
Manchester Oxford Road (MCO): This station mainly serves the southern part of Manchester City Center, with trains also running to Liverpool, Blackpool, Leeds, Sheffield and other towns across the North of England.
Manchester Airport (MIA): Frequent services to and from Sheffield, York, Newcastle, Leeds, Huddersfield, Bolton, Preston, Blackpool and the Lake District. Trains also run to Manchester Piccadilly railway station.
Manchester has several smaller commuter railway stations, including Deansgate (DGT) and Ardwick (ADK) amongst others.
